In Conversation with Allan Sicard on The Courage to Lead

I recently joined Allan Sicard on The Courage to Lead Interview Series for a conversation about leadership, resilience, and the role kindness can play in high-pressure environments.

We explored the ideas behind my work, including why kindness should never be mistaken for weakness, and why the most effective leadership often combines clarity, courage, steadiness, and humanity.

The timing feels especially significant, coming just before the launch of my new book, Staying Kind in an Unkind World, on Monday 30 March. Many of the themes we discussed in the podcast sit at the core of the book and the broader message behind my work.

I’m grateful to Allan for the opportunity to be part of a podcast that shares practical leadership insights through honest and thoughtful conversations.
