My first book delivery has arrived!

Today marked a milestone I don’t think I’ll ever forget. My first delivery of Staying Kind in an Unkind World arrived, and I finally got to open the boxes and see the finished book in print for the first time.

It is hard to describe the feeling properly. There is something both exciting and deeply moving about holding in your hands a book that has taken shape over so many years of thought, work, lived experience, and careful refinement. What begins as notes, ideas, questions, and convictions slowly becomes something real. Today, it became very real.

Staying Kind in an Unkind World was written from a place of deep conviction. At its heart is the belief that kindness is not weakness, and never has been. Real kindness requires strength. It asks for courage, self-respect, emotional steadiness, discernment, and the ability to stay grounded in your values even when the world around you feels harsh, reactive, or disconnected.

This book is for people who want to live, lead, and respond to difficulty without giving up their humanity. It’s for those trying to hold boundaries without becoming hard, stay compassionate without becoming a doormat, and move through conflict or pressure without losing themselves.

Seeing these first copies arrive has been a quiet but powerful reminder of why this message matters so much to me.

I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported, encouraged, and believed in this work along the way. Thank you for being part of this moment.
